Turmeric Spinach Eggs

Turmeric Spinach Eggs is a nutrient-rich and flavorful dish that combines eggs with spinach and a touch of turmeric for added health benefits. It’s perfect for a wholesome breakfast or a quick, healthy meal.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 50 grams chopped tomatoes chopped
  • 60 grams spinach
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Salt & pepper as per taste

Procedure :

  • Firstly, put the coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Then sautee the garlic followed by tomatoes and spinach leaves.
  • Now whisk the egg and add turmeric. Season with chilli flakes and salt & pepper.
  • Add this egg mixture to the pan with the spinach and stir for 5-8 minutes until you achieve the desired consistency.
  • Serve hot with a multigrain bread!
