Ingredients:

  • 100 grams cooked mixed sprouts (moong, black chana, or any preferred mix)
  • 50 grams finely chopped cucumber
  • 50 grams finely chopped tomatoes
  • 30 grams finely chopped carrots
  • 20 grams finely chopped bell pepper
  • 15 grams finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
