Crunchy Carrot Salad With Seeds

The crunchy carrot salad is crisp yet well-balanced as it is simple and colorful. The combination of carrot with seeds is extremely delicious and loved by all. All the ingredients are great for eye health and contain all eye beneficial nutrients.

  • 20 grams chopped kale
  • 10 grams chopped parsley
  • 5 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 5 grams sunflower seeds
  • 5 grams dried cranberries
  • 5 grams cherries
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • ½ lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
