Keep your neck neutral and straighten your arms fully as much as you can. Hold the pose for at least 30 seconds and return to the start. Repeat this pose three times.

How to do it: Your hands should be far outside the shoulder line while doing this chest exercise, unlike the normal push-ups. How to do it: Begin in the plank position by facing down with your forearms and toes on the floor. Your elbows should be directly under your shoulders and your forearms should face forward. Keep your head relaxed and you should be looking at the floor.
Engage your abdominal muscles, drawing your navel toward your spine. Keep your torso straight and firm and your body in a straight line from ears to toes with no sagging or bending. This is the neutral spine position. Make sure your shoulders are down, not creeping up toward your ears. Now, lift your right hand and right foot off the ground and step afoot to the right. Try to hold for a second and move another foot to the right. Then return to the start stepping with your left hand and left foot. Do 10 steps to the right, and then switch sides. Complete three sets.
