Sunshine Smoothie

The Sunshine Smoothie is a vibrant, tropical treat that brings the flavors of summer to your glass. With a blend of mango, pineapple, and banana, this smoothie is both refreshing and creamy, thanks to the addition of coconut water and Greek yogurt. Topped with a sprinkle of grated coconut, it’s a delicious way to enjoy a burst of fruity goodness.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams mango (peeled and chopped)
 - 100 grams pineapple (peeled and chopped)
 - 100 grams banana (peeled)
 - 25 ml coconut water
 - 75 grams Greek yogurt
 - 15 grams grated coconut
 
Procedure:
- Wash the fruits and chop them into dice.
 - Take a blender and add in all the ingredients and blend well.
 - Garnish with grated coconut over top and serve.
