Normally smoothies are the beverages that can also be made in home by puréeing the ingredients in the blender.

Strawberries are rich in fibre, vitamins and antioxidants. They are among one of those 20 top antioxidants foods .It contains more vitamin-C content than oranges 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/2 cup strawberries.
  • 150gm curd. 
  • 1 tbsp raw honey

 

CALORIE COUNT 

Carbohydrates :2g Protein:20g
Fats:4.5g Calories:150kcal

 

DIRECTION

  • Transfer all the ingredients into the blender. 
  • Blend the ingredients 
  • Pour in glass and serve.
