Spiced Pear Tea is a soothing and aromatic blend of ripe pear, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger, simmered together to create a warm and fragrant drink. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe sliced pear
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 cloves
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 black tea bag
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice

Procedure:

  1. In a saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil.
  2. Add sliced pear, cinnamon stick, cloves, and ginger to the boiling water. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  3. If you want a stronger tea flavor, add a black tea bag to the pot and let it steep for 2-3 minutes before removing.
