All you have to do is chop some kale with beet and spinach and top it with the dressing of hung curd or tahini and you are done.   • Crumbled Tofu with Sesame and Walnuts: Everything in this recipe is great to give your taste buds a great taste. The mixture of sesame and walnuts in this recipe will give a lip-smacking and soothing crunchy taste. You can prepare it easily by taking 60-70 grams of crumbled tofu by mixing it with a handful of roasted walnuts and one teaspoon of roasted sesame seeds. When done, season it with salt and pepper.
  • Ginger & Lemon shot: Yes it is true that lemon is acidic in nature because it holds a great amount of citric acid but once it is metabolized in the body, it gives out an amazing alkalizing effect. This ginger lemon shot is great in boosting your metabolism. Adding grated ginger to lukewarm lemon water can give instant relief from heartburn. Be sure about the quantity of consumption of lemon as it can also raise the acidic content.
