Warm-up: This posture is generally considered as the warm-up and is very helpful to charge up all your face muscles. You can start the exercise by revamping your workout circuit and blowing the extravagant raspberries (try to do it with not just with your lips but also with your cheeks). Try to produce bigger vibration as it is great for relaxing the facial muscles. Lip muscles are generally referred to as a core muscle for the face. So, by doing it right you can relax your overall face muscles. For effective results, you can do this exercise for at least three times a day.

For slimming out the neck and double chin: If you do feel bad about your double chin and broad neck then here is something which absolutely beneficial. You can do this posture by bow down your shoulders and stand up in a relaxed position, angle up your chin to the top until you feel a decent stretch. Alternatively, try to make a duck face with the help of your lips and stick out your tongue and try to hold each pose for approximately 5 seconds. Try to do it for at least 1-2 times of the day. Always remember that the key to measure is- if you don’t get tired, it’s not working.

Smooth smile lines: If you feel a little embarrassed due to your lines and wrinkles then the first thing you have to do is ‘don’t stop smiling and laughing.’ Tackle the problem of smile lines by breaking down the stiffness and rigidity in the muscles. Start up by the nose and try to make a circle inside your mouth through your tongue on the labial line. You have to do complete five circles clockwise and vice a Versa to smoothen out the smile lines. For effective results, you can do it once every day.

So, add these in your morning routine and enjoy the facelift in a very short period of time. These exercises will not only add stars to your face but also fade out even the tiniest of blemishes away.
