Turmeric Ginger Latte

This Turmeric ginger latte is made up of healthy ingredients like turmeric and ginger.

It is very easy to make and is perfect for drink to reduce severity of any infection.

  • 1.5 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 5g Jaggery powder
  • 50 ml of low fat milk
  • ½ cup water

  • Add water to sauce pan and bring it to boil.
  • Add turmeric and ginger to it.
  • Low the flame and Cover the pan and let turmeric and ginger steep for 10-15 minutes.
  • Then add cinnamon, black pepper and jaggery.
  • Add milk and bring to boil.
