Spicy Egg Pepper Masala is a delicious curry filled with goodness of eggs dipped in rich spicy gravy which will serve as a perfect combination with chapattis or rice.

Eggs provide high biological value protein which helps in building up of muscles and tissues. They also contain essential omega -3 fatty acids.
Ingredients –
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1-2 green chilies
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 20 grams tomato
- 20 grams onion
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- Salt as per taste
- Fresh coriander for garnishing
- 5 grams mustard oil

Method:
- Firstly, take hard boiled eggs and coat them with spices.
- Now, bake/air fry these eggs till golden brown and cut them to half.
- To prepare gravy, heat little oil in pan and add ginger garlic paste.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté it till golden brown.
- Add tomato puree and the spices as per taste and cook for few more minutes.
- Put eggs in the gravy and garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve hot along with rice or chapatti.
