Quinoa is a multi-beneficial grain which is a rich source of protein as well as fiber. It is also fair source of magnesium, potassium and B vitamins. Beetroots are rich in iron, folic acid, vitamin A and vitamin C. It helps in building up of immunity because of its antioxidant properties.
Ingredients –
- 20 grams quinoa flour
- 10 grams ragi flour
- 20 grams of beetroot
- 20 grams plain curd
- 20 grams chopped onion
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 5 grams oil

Method –
- Take boiled beetroot and blend it in a blender.
- Then put this beetroot puree along with curd. Mix thoroughly and keep aside.
- Then add quinoa flour and ragi flour into it.
- Finely chop the onions and add them into the batter and add salt and pepper as per your taste.
- Serve hot with mint and coriander chutney.
