- 15 grams Tofu
- 20 grams Green onions
- 20 grams Beans
- ½ teaspoon miso paste
- In a saucepan combine all the ingredients including dashi granules, green onions, beans except tofu for 5-8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium and add miso paste and sliced tofu.
- Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes
- Add diced tofu and serve hot!
