Ingredients
- 75 Grams Mushroom
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped Green Onions
- 1 Tsp. Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- Salt as per taste
Method
- Heat a pan, add butter and melt it.
- Add mushrooms and onions. Sautee for 3-4 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, add eggs, 1 tbsp. of water, salt, and pepper. Whisk them well.
- In a non-stick pan, add egg mixture and spread over. Cook until the omelet is set.
- In the center of the omelet, spread the mushroom stuffing. Fold the omelet and it is ready to be served.
