  • 75 Grams Mushroom
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 Tsp. Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Salt as per taste


  • Heat a pan, add butter and melt it.
  • Add mushrooms and onions. Sautee for 3-4 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, add eggs, 1 tbsp. of water, salt, and pepper. Whisk them well.
  • In a non-stick pan, add egg mixture and spread over. Cook until the omelet is set.
  • In the center of the omelet, spread the mushroom stuffing. Fold the omelet and it is ready to be served.
