Go- to beet glowing smoothie will give you a rejuvenated feeling and a soothing effect by being your skin brightener and nourished as well.

Nutritional Benefits:

Beetroots are an ingredient which are highly rich in folate, iron and vitamin C levels. They are also rich in fiber thereby facilitates digestion. It is also said to improve blood flow and lower the blood pressure. Lemon is high in Vitamin C and Antioxidant levels, thereby helps in building up immunity.

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams carrot
  • 20 grams beetroot
  • 1 slice Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon lemon water
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • Fresh mint leaves to garnish
