Broccoli and bajra snack

Bajra is a millet which is full of essential nutrients. We all eat bajra either in the form of rotis or khichdi. Here is an interesting snack recipe made with bajra, broccoli and other vegetables to impart tremendous taste and classic aroma to it.

Bajra is an excellent source of magnesium, potassium and dietary fiber. It aids in digestion and lowers cholesterol levels. Broccoli is a low-calorie vegetable and is a great source of vitamin C, K and folate.

Ingredients:
- 20 grams bajra
- 20 grams broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 20 grams onion
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
- 2-3 green chillies
- Salt and pepper as per taste
Method:
- Take bajra, salt and pressure cook them until 5 whistles. When done allow the water to drain and keep aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Sautee garlic, onion and green chillies.
- Now add chopped broccoli followed by boiled bajra pepper, chilli flakes and mix well.
- Add salt, and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
