Beetroot Amla Juice Recipe

Alma is the richest source of Vitamin C and antioxidants. They are very good for treating inflammation, and for stronger immunity. Beetroot is a good source of folate, potassium, and fiber. Beetroot Alma juice is very healthy for hair, and skin and treats many health issues.

  • 2 Medium Beetroot – chopped
  • 1 Alma – Diced
  • ½ Inch Ginger
  • 5-6 Mint Leaves
  • ½ Tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Black Salt
  • Lemon Juice
  • Honey
  • 1 Cup Water


  • In a food processor, add beetroot, amla, ginger, and mint leaves and blend it well. Then add water and blend again.
  • To it, add jeera powder, salt, and honey and blend again.
  • Strain and juice are ready to be served.
