Blend nettle leaf, peppermint or spearmint leaf, lemon balm leaf, milky oats, red clover blossom together. Steep 1-2 tablespoons tea blend in each 1 cup of boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Sweeten to taste with honey, if desired. Consume several cups of this power tea throughout the day. It is rich in several vitamins and minerals.
