Parineeti Chopra’s intense workout for Saina Nehwal Biopic

B-town star Parineeti Chopra, who is going to bring to life the journey of ace badminton player Saina Nehwal in her forthcoming film, is extremely nervous about her role. There is an upcoming biopic of Indian professional badminton singles player Saina Nehwal and is going to be directed by Bollywood director Amole Gupte. The film will be constructing on the life of a badminton player Saina Nehwal and will be released in the year of 2020.

Actress Parineeti Chopra is religiously involved in the preparation and learning of the game for the shooting. As she is deeply on the right track for the preparations of the biopic, she also appears to look intense and nervous, says the world of the social media.
While Parineeti Chopra looks “nervous” about playing such a different role, Saina Nehwal shows complete trust and support in her.

She shares a picture of Parineeti from the sets with the caption of “looking forward to this journey together! My best wishes to the team!” With such motivational caption, she not only gives the actress a big shout out but also encourages the team with much energy and positivity. Not only this, Parineeti, with a sweet gesture also appreciates Saina for believing in her and encouraging her with her kind words. She comments back on the post by writing “Thank you my champion. I am so nervous”

Although the shooting of the movie hasn’t started yet but with such positive proceedings, the shooting will definitely going to start soon. The actress is now getting training for the movie with much enthusiasm. Right from waking up early to play badminton for two hours with expanding training and fitness schedules followed by intense prep work is what her routine looks like. With intensive workout sessions and training for the role, the lady is putting her profound heart to get into the character.

In her interview with a news agency Indo-Asian News Service (IANS), Parineeti exclaims that for the film’s preparation, she binge-watched several badminton videos on Saina Nehwal in order to maintain her body language and posture just like a sportsperson. “Watching Saina’s matches is the most important advice that I ever get from my entire training team and the director Amole Gupte Sir.
Parineeti also said, “I haven’t watched that much badminton matches earlier but now I am giving my heart and soul to it and I really want to play exactly the way she plays”.

Parineeti also said that she wrapped up her shooting of the movie ‘The Girl on The Train’ early so that she can focus more on her training. Both of these films are quite motivating and imperative for her career as she had never done something like this before and she hopes people would like it.

Parineeti also seeks diving for soothing herself. She said that she heard it is the best form of relaxation and started it in the year 2014. After going through the session of diving she said that diving is the most peaceful thing. She loved it from the very first time she tried it. She also concluded her statement by saying that with not such a sporty personality, this is the only sport she found soothing and refreshing and got addicted to this well calming piece of exercise and she never leaves a chance of doing it.

The film is expected to hit theatres somewhere in 2020, and we must say and we have a lot to draw in the form of inspiration from Parineeti and the real-life star Saina Nehwal!
