Kate Beckinsale Reveals She Doesn’t Drink Caffeine or Alcohol

Kate Beckinsale is an outstanding Hollywood actress and started her career in acting when she was a college student. The lady is now turned 45 and didn’t even look a single day older than 25. The actress has recently said that she will be sticking to mocktails this holiday season! Further, she explained her statement by saying she will not include caffeine and alcohol in her diet.

“I think some people’s systems are just a bit sensitive to things,” she explained. “If you told me you had nausea yesterday, I might start throwing up myself. If I ate too much dark chocolate, it would be like someone else taking cocaine.”

The lady also unwrapped things about her love for health and wellness. She said that good health is everything to her- “I am very connected to my body, so if I’m going to experience stress, I’m probably going to experience it physically. So it’s usually a good idea for me to go do something physical to get rid of it. I sort of see myself as a horse or something — time for a run around the paddock.”

Exercise- the key to her soul

When it is a matter of exercising, the actress stated that she loves to work out and never skip her workout sessions. She wakes up at six in the morning and love to do a full-body workout with her personal trainer. She believes that the consumption of alcohol and caffeine is good for health and can easily make a person passive and which further destroy the mental and emotional health as well.

Depending upon the quantity of intake both of these drinks can be proved harmful for your overall health. Though we all believe that cocktail, alcohol or caffeine is significantly relaxing and good for both the heart and brain but excessive consumption may also take you towards the path of cancer development, liver problems, heart damage and depression.
