What you consume internally, shows externally. To have a healthy glowing skin it’s necessary to have a proper diet, regular exercise, stress-free routine and of course a healthy skin care routine. When we talk about the food groups, the fruits and green vegetable are packed with antioxidants which protect the skin from cellular damage. For example, papaya and spinach are rich in potent antioxidants which is necessary for healthy skin. Carrots, pumpkin and potatoes contain beta-carotene and also the vitamin C which is a super antioxidant gives a blemish free and radiant skin. So why not include these natural beauty products onto your skin and feel the love of nature.

Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants and contain natural vitamins and minerals like Vitamin A, K, B1, B3, B5, B6 and vitamin C. Lycopene the antioxidant present in tomatoes have anti-aging properties which make it stand out in terms of beauty. The juice and pulp of tomatoes can be applied to the skin. The pulp of tomatoes helps to tighten the pores and prevent pimples as tomatoes are acidic in nature
which makes it a natural bleaching agent as well.
Beetroot is rich in several vitamins and minerals which helps in making the skin glow. It is anti- inflammatory in nature. Applying beetroot juice as a face mask gives a pinkish complexion and a radiant look. If applied regularly as a skincare routine, the dark spots and blemishes will disappear in five weeks. Even drinking a glass of beetroot juice helps to purify the blood from inside and cleanse
the toxins.

It acts as an important bleaching agent and generally used for skin lightening. Apply a face mask of grated potatoes for 30 minutes. Potatoes help to get rid of sunburn, dark spot, dark circles and dead skin cells. You can use either the potato slice above your eyes or juice for under eyes.

Lemons are packed with Vitamin C, B and phosphorus. The acidic content of lemon gently removes dead cells and lighten age spots. Slice a lemon and squeeze its juice and apply it on the affected area on your face to get the flawless skin or you can add a teaspoon of honey mixed with lemon juice and apply in on your blackheads. Be cautious in case of sensitive and acne prone skin, as the acidic content can cause burning and redness.
