Sparkling Ginger lemonade

That glass of sparkling lemonade is a life saver after a long walk at the park, shopping mall etc when one is out on vacations. Having those syrupy drinks is an easy available option but how about choosing a healthy drink which acts as a natural coolant especially during the summers. The ginger lemonade is infused with natural extracts to keep your bloating at bay and prevent travelling sickness. Plus it has negligible calories for those figure conscious people out there.

Serving size :1
Energy: 10-15 kcal
Ingredients:

  • Ginger : 10g
  • Lemon juice : 2 tbsp
  • Club soda : ½ glass
  • Mint leaves : a few

Method:

  •  In a glass container add chopped ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice and club soda.
  • You can add chopped fruits like apple, berries for that extra flavour.
  • Serve with chilled ice.
