Red-Pepper Walnut Dip

Red-Pepper Walnut Dip is an amazing dip to relish with starters or main meals. Made with roasted red pepper and walnuts, this dip recipe is quite easy-to-make and hence, can be set in a blink of an eye.

Ingredients:
- 30 grams red pepper
- 10 grams walnuts
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 20 grams sliced scallions
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method:
- Firstly, preheat the oven to 350 F and place walnuts on a baking sheet. Let them turn slightly darker in colour until 10 minutes. Set aside
- After roasting the walnuts, in a small pan add oil followed by garlic cloves. Cook until it turns yellow in colour and remove from heat.
- Now, in a food processor combine all the ingredients like bell pepper, scallions, cumin, smoked paprika, balsamic vinegar, walnuts to form a coarse paste.
- Serve and enjoy.
