The pesto on its own is amazing and creamy avocado and cherry tomato brings this sandwich to a whole new level. This can be your first meal in the morning or you can hit this sandwich after a workout session as it is going to fuel you with energy you require to go through the day.

- whole wheat bread=40g
- avocado (sliced)=20g
- cherry tomatoes=30g
- ¾ tbsp pesto
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- Spread the pesto on the both slices of bread.
- Layer one side of bread with avocado slice and another with cherry tomatoes.
- Season the sandwich with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Put the sandwich together and grill it in an oven or in a pan over medium heat.
